In 2022, Brenton began researching alternative interventions for treatment resistant anxiety/depression, addiction, and PTSD through the California Institute of Integral Studies’ certification program in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Research. In April 2023, Brenton delivered a Ted Talk on the future of psychedelic interventions for a variety of mental health issues.
